Languedoc Property Management does not receive or charge any commission
for the sale of a property, but may charge fees for professional services
rendered to a client in relation to a purchase.
Notaire's fees shown on any publicity are calculated only on the net sale
price of the property (ie: the amount that the vendor will receive.)
Service fees are only applicable for professional services rendered in relation
to the purchase of a property.
As professional consultants, Languedoc Property Management may only present
properties known to be for sale by owners to clients of the company.
Languedoc Property Management is legally able to represent clients who are
purchasing a property through any real estate agent or from a private vendor.
Any payment on account made by a client as part of their purchase of a property
shall be held in trust by the Notaire representing the purchaser.
