Languedoc Property Management is a Limited Company registered with Companies House, Edinburgh, Scotland.With contact offices in France and ideally situated in Olonzac between Carcassonne and Narbonne and on the edge of both the Minervois and the Corbières regions of Languedoc Roussillon.
With 14 years experience as professional consultants here in France, we have many properties listed with us for sale by the vendors. It is important to note that as consultants, we are legally able to represent and advise clients who may be purchasing a property either through another real estate agency or directly from a seller.
Languedoc Property Management has a legal and moral responsilbility to help our clients with all stages of their purchase of a property in France and to make sure that everything runs smoothly from start to finish, including providing important advice on those often difficult legal areas such as French inheritance issues, taxes, etc. Our client services are therefore very comprehensive.
